OUR KITCHEN

The CIBO restaurant was founded in 2011 to complete a gastronomic journey that began in 1950, the year of the birth of the historic Limata cheese shop in the adjacent via Padova.

Laura is the soul of the restaurant and in her kitchen she transforms with wise dedication and love the noblest raw materials selected in the immense biodiversity heritage of which our country is rich.

FOOD Limata is first and foremost a passion for Mediterranean cuisine.

The search for raw materials and customer care are the basis of the culinary experience that each guest will perceive once they cross the threshold of the restaurant.

Our philosophy is based on the rediscovery of the ancient flavors of the past combined with the modernity of increasingly innovative dishes but inextricably linked to the Italian tradition.
